Report infringement to copyright@stelaah.com. We respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws, and we terminate repeat infringers.

This policy describes how copyright owners can report material on the Services they believe infringes their rights, and how affected users can respond. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1 Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at copyright@stelaah.com that includes:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough detail for us to locate it;
  • your contact details (name, address, phone, email);
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2 Our response

On receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected user. We may also forward the notice, including your contact details, to that user.

3 Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@stelaah.com that includes your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your contact details; and your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not pursue legal action within the period required by law.

4 Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5 Misrepresentations

Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure your notice or counter-notice is accurate.
